We look forward to seeing you there! As always, our training is FREE and open to the public. We are now cup free - water and sport drink about every 3 miles but you supply your own hydrapouch, bottle or cup. (hydrapouches will be available for $5 each before each run). We welcome new and veteran runners alike. Be sure to sign up for the weekly emails which will provide training tips, safety issues and last minute updates/changes to our training schedule.
